YBAA members,
The updated 2026 YBAA forms are available on the ybaa.org website. Here's how to access them in the new website:
Step 1 - Go to ybaa.org and click Member Login
Red button in top right corner
Step 2 - Enter your username and password
NOTE: If you haven't created a new password on the new YBAA website, click the link for 'Don't have an account? Create One'
Step 3 - In YBAA members-only area, click on the menu option for 'Resources'
In the Resources section, from the menu on the left side of the screen, you will see each of the YBAA forms as a fillable PDF file.
What's New for 2026?
A few important updates have been made with full legal approval:
- US Purchase and Sale Agreement: Added Lacey Act compliance acknowledgment (9i), mediation encouragement (16c), and improved arbitration options (16d)
- US Central Listing Agreements: Amended Section F for greater flexibility in listing terms
- US Central and Open Listing Agreements: Updated mediation language (I2b) to reference Society of Maritime Arbitrators, Inc.
- NEW: Know Your Client (KYC) Form: Learn more about this important addition in our upcoming webinar
