That is why the basis of CPYB Recertification requires your participation in educational activities and professional involvement that help you to remain one of the most experienced brokers in the brokerage industry.
CPYB certification is maintained by completing 21 hours of continuing education over a three-year period. CE can be earned by attending, in real-time, industry training, workshops and seminars.
Recertification Process: You will receive advance notices starting 90-days out of your recertification status that includes your CE balance and a link to the recertification fee invoice for easy online-payment. You have a 90-day grace period, from the date your certification expires, to meet the recertification requirements including reporting CE hours and paying the fee.
If you fail to meet the requirements within those 90 days, you must re-apply and be re-tested to regain your CPYB designation.
Continuing Education Reporting: You should add your continuing education to your personal profile early and often. Continuing Education hours need to be reported within 90 days. The chart below will help you to determine how many continuing education hours each program is worth.
